Your Practice is always available
DentalBaseCamp consists of two main areas, The Patient Area and The Administration Area. Each of the areas consists of several screens or webpages.The Patient Area
This is the area where your patients can make appointments, download documents or make payments. Your DentalBaseCamp account includes this set of screens which are all displayed in an easy to navigate 4 tab mini-website. Each screen clearly identifies your practice.Your practice can link to any of the Patient Screens from your current website. For example, your webmaster can create a text link or graphic to the Payment Screen, Download Screen or Appointment Screen.

The Administrative Area
This is the area where you control the contents of the Patient Area and screens and collect information such as payments and appointment requests. Your personal Administration Area is password protected. Works with your current website
If you already have a website, there is no reason to change it. Simply add a link to your practice's Patient Area which displays your name, open appointment times and available documents. Need a custom graphic, we'll create it at no additional charge.Works if you don't have a website

Whether you still use paper in your office to track appointments or run one of the many Practice Management programs, DentalBaseCamp doesn't break your stride.Using your Administration area, you create which appointment times you would like to make available to your patients. Each appointment request is placed in your Administration area where you can treat it like an ordinary call, but at your convenience.
